How our work with Diners Club Israel gave rise to an unusual shop page.

Just here - Easy.

Diners Club wants to give real value to its cardholders.
A lot of them are adults aged 45-65 with a lot on their minds, less patience, and less digital-oriented, so they want it SIMPLE.
The theory we came up with was based on a target audience survey that showed that they want to EASILY attain the benefit on the site. The customers don't like complicated browsing exprience within inner pages - They say it's exhausting.

So we did it! It’s all in one page.

Full Sales process at one POS

Our UX challenge was to succeed in a full sales process while keeping the customer on the same page.

For that we needed to create smart Clicks/Taps that will exercise the full potential sales flow without inner pages, we also created a Quick Push-Drop menu for cart view and checkout, so you never leave the page.

The user experience needed to take place in all machines, computers, tablets, and mobile phones. To achive that, we created a responsive design grid that can easily change according to the device viewing it, without significant changes, or a dedicated version to develop.
